摘要
病原体污染及其对人体的危害是倍受关注的全球性环境问题,由于水环境污染或水系传播而引起的病原体感染仍是当今世界上危害范围最广的环境问题,本文对水环境中的病毒分布和病毒进入受纳水体后的存活情况以及影响病毒存活的各种因素进行了论述.城市污水中含有大量的病原体,水体中的病毒污染主要来源是污水,光照和温度是影响水环境中病毒存活的关键因素.针对病原体造成的人体健康风险,介绍了国内外常用的病毒对人体健康风险评价的方法.
Pathogenic contamination of the aquatic environment and health hazards caused by viruses are increasingly drawing peoples attention globally. Water-borne infectious diseaseis still a most widespread environmental issue. This paper reviewed the density and survival of viruses in aquatic environments, and the factors affecting the survival of viruses in the environment were discussed. The sewage water contains a mass of pathogens and its discharge leads to the viral contamination of natural aquatic environment. The survival of viruses in water depends on many parameters, the most important being temperature and light. In order to properly evaluate the risk of infectious disease caused by viral pollution, the health risk assessment methods of pathogens were also introduced.
