摘要 介绍了大型发电机组氢冷制备系统(水电解制氢设备)AEM(异常事件管理)自动控制系统的设计。结合A-B PLC Controllogix5000冗余结构,在实现水电解制氢系统常规自动控制的基础上,利用先进控制算法和异常事件管理监控策略,提高控制系统的自检能力,确保系统安全稳定运行。给出了控制原理、部分硬件配置及程序。 Proposed a new AEM (abnormal events management) based control system for hydrogen equipment. The equipment is used to make cooling-used hydrogen for large-scale generators. By using of the hardware redundancy system of the A -B Controllogix5000 PLC, advanced control arithmetic and the AEM control strategy are used to carry out the self-monitoring of the hydrogen equipment. So the stabilization and the safety of this new control system and the equipment itself were improved remarkably, Some control configuration and programs were proposed.
