摘要
目的：对电针治疗女性压力性尿失禁进行系统观察。方法：将60例病例随机分成2组：电针组（观察组）和药物组（对照组）,每组选30例病例,采用非盲法随机对照研究。电针组以中髎、次髎为主穴,采用电针中等强度刺激;药物组口服管通2.5mg次/,3次/日。2周为1个疗程。经过3-6个疗程,统计疗效进行统计分析。结果：电针组近期治愈率为13.3%,有效率为73.3%,疗效与病程长短无关;药物组近期治愈率为6.7%,有效率为33.3%,2组差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：电针对女性压力性尿失禁的治疗有显著疗效。
Objective： Clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated in electreacupuncture treatment of female stress incontinence. Methods： 60 patients were. unblindly randomized divided into two groups： the medicine group and the electroacupuncture group . The electroaeupuncture group received eleetroacupuncture treatment under the prescription： Ciliao（ BL 32 ）, zhenglaio（ BL 33 ） ; The medicine group was treated with Gutron 2.5mg/t,3t/d. Two weeks in succession constituted a course . We studied the results with statistical analysis after 3 - 6 courses. Results ： The efficacy rates and the obvious efficacy rates of the each group were 13.3% ,73.3% ,6.7% ,33.3%. There were significant differences of above resuits between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： The treatment of electroacupuncture is a convenient efficacy method for treating the Female Stress Incontinence.
