摘要
近年来,我国学术界在有关“农民权益”与“农村社区”的具体内涵,农民权益保护与农村社区发展的辨证关系,我国农民权益保护与农村社区发展的现状,国外研究成果及其对国内农民权益保护与农村社区发展的借鉴意义等方面取得了一定的研究进展,但相当一部分研究还停留于政策解读与经验总结的层面。作为一个重大的理论与实践课题,迫切需要通过研究者、决策者和实践者之间的交流、沟通与互动来加以深化与落实。
In recent years, our country academic circles in related; farmer fights and interests; andcountryside community; the concrete connotation, the farmer rights and interests protection and the countryside community develops the dialectical relations, our country farmer rights and interests protection and the countryside community develops the present situation, the overseas research results and aspects and so on model significance which developed to the domestic farmer rights and interests protection and the countryside community has made certain research progress, but quite part of research also paused the stratification plane which summarized in the policy explanation and the experience. As a significant theory and the practice topic, urgent need through between the researcher, the policymaker and practitioner＇s exchange, communicate and interact to deepen and the realization.
