摘要
《治安管理处罚法》自2006年3月1日实施以来,在取得初步成效的同时,也显现出一些新问题,诸如治安处罚、传唤等有待进一步完善。
Since enforcement the Public Order Act from March 1st ,2006, it obtains preliminary result, some new questions have arisen and need to be further consummated.
