摘要
以Ti-B_4C-C为反应体系,采用自蔓延反应火焰喷涂技术,在45号钢基表面制备TiC-TiB_2陶瓷涂层。通过正交设计确定影响TiC-TiB_2陶瓷涂层显微硬度的最佳条件。
Using Ti-B4C-C as combustion system, the TiC-TiB2 graded ceramic coatings were prepared on the 45 steel substrate with SHS reactive flame spray technology. And the best condition that influences the microhardness of TiC-TiB2 ceramics was studied through orthogonal design.
