摘要
2001年11月10日,中国加入WTO,这意味着中国的教育从此结束独自经营的局面,将直面来自国际的全方位的挑战。高校作为思想传播、知识创新、文化交流、人才培养的主要阵地,自然比其他教育领域面临更加直接、更多方面的挑战,高校党建更是面临前所未有的挑战,主要表现在:经济全球化、价值多元化对高校坚持马克思主义理想信念的冲击;对高校党组织地位、党务队伍建设的影响;对高校作为“科教兴国”主战场的挑战。面对挑战,高校党建工作的基本对策是:加强高校党建工作创新;以思想建设入手搞好高校党建工作;加强高校党组织的核心作用,增强高校党组织的凝聚力;高校党建要积极面向广大学生开展工作。新时期高校党建要死死咬住“以培养人才为中心”,精心构建“四个平台”。
The entry into WTO since Nov. 10, 2001 has great meaning of ending the situation of self - run of China＇ s education system and encountering all - round international challenges. As the main stage of idea transfor-mation, knowledge innovation, culture communication, and talent cultivation, universities and colleges will encounter more direct and various challenges, which include three aspects： the impacts of economic globalization and value multiplication on persistence of Marxism thoughts and socialist faith, the effects on the status and construction of the Party organization in universities and colleges, the challenges to universities and colleges as the main field of ＂developing nation through science and education＂. Facing the challenges, the essential countermeasures of the Party construction in un/versities and colleges are strengthening the innovation of construction of the Party, promoting the construction of ideology, emphasing the key role of the Party to enhance the cohesive force . In new era, the Party construction in universities and colleges should focus on the idea of ＂cultivation of talent as the center＂ and carefully construct ＂four platforms＂.
