摘要
伦理可以分为道德与人伦两个部分。道德是强制性的,人伦是非强制性的。当道德处于强势地位时,它必然要侵入人伦的地盘,把一些本应属于人伦的范畴划入道德的地盘。这时的伦理,在整体上呈现出理性的色彩。而当人伦处于强势时,它也必然要侵入道德的地盘,把一些应属于道德的范畴划入人伦的地盘。这时的伦理,在整体上呈现出感性的色彩,从而出现审美化的倾向。道德与人伦都既有理智的一面也有情感的一面,但就其侧重点来看,道德必然是偏于理智的,而人伦则必然是偏于情感的。因此,建立在理智主义德性基础上的伦理学,其所论述必然侧重于道德方面;而建立在情感主义基础上的伦理学,其所论述必然侧重于人伦方面。不区分道德与人伦,所谓的“理智主义德性”和“情感主义德性”实际上很难说清楚。
This article is a response to Dr. Zhu Peng-fei's The double influence of aesthetical tendency of the Western post-modernism ethics. The author believes that, ethics falls into two parts: moral and renlun. Moral is forcible, and renlun is non-forcible. Moral pay more attention to reason, and renlun pay more attention to emotion. When renlun take the dominant position in the ethics, the ethics shows the aesthetic inclination. The train of thought of Zhu's article is difference with the article of mine which he consult with. So his demonstration and conclusion which build on the basic of binary-oppose between rationalism and emotionalism is inevitable exist the problem of aimless. There is many correct conclusion in Dr. Zhu Peng-fei's demonstration about the influence of aesthetical tendency of the Western post-modernism ethics, but because he deeply sink into the binary-oppose between rationalism and emotionalism and emphasize the emotion, there if many problem which can consult with.
