摘要
传媒自由、司法公正与社会和谐相辅相成,司法公正是社会和谐的关键和核心,促进社会和谐、构建和谐社会,必须实现司法公正,以实现司法有效解决矛盾和纠纷、维护社会稳定方面的作用。司法公正不会天然形成,它需要一系列条件,传媒自由对于实现司法公正具有重要的价值功能。
The free media, the fair judicature complement one another with the harmonious society, the fair judicature is the key and the core of the harmonious society, promoting society＇s harmony, constructing the harmonious society, must accomplish the fair judicature, in order to realize the judicature＇s effective function on addressing contradiction and the dispute, maintaining social stability .However, the fair judicature cannot be formed by itself, it needs a series of conditions, the free media has impor- tant valuable function on the realization of the fair judicature. Generally, the free media and the fair judicature are harmonious, but in the certain situation, they possibly have the conflict, this kind of conflict is departing from the harmonious society.
