摘要
我国在经历深刻的社会变革过程中,犯罪呈现出新的鲜明的时代特点。本文以当代著名犯罪学家库仑的理论为基本的理论模式和分析框架,从社会分层、社会地位、社会心理、社会反应等四个方面来分析我国社会结构的变化对犯罪态势的影响,以期为我国对当今犯罪现象的研究寻找一种更为切合社会现实的视野。
When our country is in process of profound transformation of social structure, crime reflects the new characteristics of the times. This paper, based on the theoretical model and analytical skeleton of Cullen＇s theory, discusses the influence of transformation of social structure on crime situations from four aspects of class differentiation, social status, social psychology and social reactions. It is hoped that we can find a more corresponding visual field of research in contemporary crime to social reality.
