摘要
以FeSO4为原料,KClO3为氧化剂,研究了聚合硫酸铁的制备方法.考查了FeSO4氧化及其产物聚合硫酸铁在制备过程中的原料加入量、反应温度、反应时间、pH值等参数的影响,用正交实验优化工艺条件.聚合硫酸铁的性能取决于全铁质量分数和盐基度,尤其是盐基度.实验表明:在FeSO420g时,选择水量80mL,硫酸18mL,氯酸钾17g,反应温度50~55℃,产品质量稳定、盐基度高,污水处理效果好。
The prepn, method of polymeric ferric sulfate was studied with FeSO4 as the raw material and KClO3 as the oxidant. The influence of the raw material input quantity, reaction temp. and time and pH parameters etc. on the FeSO4 oxidation and the polymeric ferric sulfate prepn, were studied. The technological conditions were optimized with orthogonal expts. The performance of polymeric ferric sulfate depended on the total iron content and the base degree. The product had stable quality, high base degree and good wastewater treatment effectiveness when prepd, with 20 g FeSO4, 80 mL water 18 mL sulfuric acid, and 17 g KClO3, and reacted at 50-55 ℃.
