摘要
对于灾害损失评估的新途径进行了探索,根据模糊数学的理论,将区间数概念用于解决模糊综合评价对象某些属性的不确定性问题,在此基础上建立了区间数模糊综合评判的数学模型,并给出了它在灾害损失评估中的应用,实例表明由该法求得的评判结果更加客观可信。
In this paper, an new method of the disaster loss assessment is established. The concept of interval numbers is used in solving the problem about uncertainty of some properties of a object in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A mathematical model for interval numbers fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is also established. Finally, the paper describes the utility of this method with an example.
