摘要
我们应当从社会转型的大视角深刻认识影响我国社会和谐的矛盾和问题以及构建社会主义和谐社会的重要性和紧迫性;从社会主义本质属性的高度深刻认识社会和谐的理论地位和现实意义;从现代化建设和中国特色社会主义总体布局多层次地把握构建和谐社会的历史定位;从人与社会、自然之间的相互关系上准确地把握社会和谐的总体要求和构建和谐社会的基本条件;从转型期社会现实要求出发抓准构建和谐社会的着眼点和着力点。
As for the momentous issues for the construction of a harmonious socialistic society, we should： have insightful understanding of the contradictions and issues affecting harmony of the society, as well as the importance and urgence to build up a harmonious society from the viewpoint of society upgrading; take cognizance of the theoretical and realistic position of the proposition of a harmonious society; perceive the historical status of the concept of a harmonious society from the perspective of modernization and overall development of China; position the general requirements and basic conditions to construct a harmonious society from the perspective of interaction of human, nature and society; make selection of starting point to construct a harmonious society on basis of the reality of transitory society.
