摘要
我国政府主导型技术创新效率低下,改变这种局面是当务之急。培育农业科技企业是其方向,转变政府角色的是其内在动因,大力发展农业科技园是其现实有效途径。
The leading technological innovation of our government is apt to cause efficiency to be low, therefore, it is task of top priority to change this kind of situation, cultivating agricultural science and technology enterprise is its direction, changing government role is its inherent reason, developing the agricultural Scien - tech garden is its realistic effective way.
