摘要
采用文献法和统计法对我国体育经济人才培养的必要性、可行性及存在的问题等现状进行了探讨和分析。结果表明,体育经济人才是体育发展中的专门人才,是我国体育走社会化、产业化道路的重要人力资源和有利的人才保障。对目前我国存在的体育经济人才的培养步伐较慢、培养目标、培养体系、教材和师资建设以及学科研究等方面的问题,提出了相应的解决对策。
By using the method of documentary and statistics, the paper investigates the current situation of the necessity, feasibility and existing problems of cultivating sports economic talents in China. The result shows that sports economic talents, as a special person in sports development, are important human resources and assurances in sports socialization and industrialization. It points out that the cultivation of sports economic talents is slow and the problems exist in aspects of cultivation aim, system, teaching materials, the construction of teaching staff and academic research. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
