摘要
科学发展观的核心目标是促进经济社会和人的全面发展。从伦理学视角来看,科学发展观突显了以人为本、力求公平和关注和谐发展的人文关怀和伦理精神。坚持并落实科学发展观,对我国物质文明、政治文明、精神文明建设特别是社会主义和谐社会建设以及人们伦理道德水平提升具有重大意义。
The core target of the concept of scientific development is to promote the overall development of economic society and human beings. From the angle of the ethnics, the concept of scientific development shows the human care and ethnic spirit in the aspect of people-orientation, fairness, harmoniousness. By insisting and implementing the concept of scientific development, it has significance to the construction of our material civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization and especially to the construction of the socialism harmonious society and the increase of the people＇ s ethnic moral level.
