摘要
目的 建立葛根素衍生物纳米冻干粉针剂中4ac的含量测定方法。方法二甲基亚砜溶解葛根素衍生物纳米粒，用HPLC法测定其中4ac的含量。结果：该方法线性范围为0．05～0．25μg，回收率为98．09％，RSD1.28％。结论 该法准确可靠，可用于葛根素衍生物纳米冻干粉针剂中4ac的含量测定。
To establish the method to determine the content of 4ac ot pur - oenvatwes PLA nanoparticles. Method ： The derivatives -4ac content of PLA nanoparticles was determined by HPLC after dissolving the PLA - nanoparticles in DMSO. Results ： The linear range was 0.05 - 0.25 ixg; the recovery rate 98.09%, and RSD1.28%. Conclusion： This method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of the contents of pur - derivatives nanoparticles.
