摘要
本文分析了我国工程项目管理的发展情况,总结了通信建设管理模式的变革和发展趋势,接着分析了通信建设工程开展项目管理的思路以及项目管理的3种常见方式PMa/PMC/IPMT,探讨了项目管理的职能流程,结合两个项目管理的案例,提出了对通信建设工程开展项目管理的体会和建议。
The paper reviews the development of project management (PM) in China. The history and the trend of communication engineering construction PM modes are analyzed. Then the paper gives a clue about how to carry out communication engineering construction PM. Three PM modes which are PMa mode, PMC mode and IPMT mode are recommended. Function flow toward PM mode is given. Experiences are propounded according to the two PM cases.
