摘要
为满足可持续发展的需要,我国越来越重视循环水的利用和污水的处理。由此,建立污水泵站也是市政建设必须考虑的问题。污水泵站流量测量一般采用电磁流量计来计量泵进出口流量,比口径较大的电磁流量计的价格不菲。根据实际工艺要求和流量计算原理,提出了一种实用的软测量方法。该软测量法经多次实地试验,结果表明,用该方法测量出污水泵站泵送流量是可行的。
In order to meet the requirements of continuable development, the use of the cycling water and sewage handling are focused on more and more by our government. Thus establishing sewage pump stations becomes necessary in civil construction, Normally, the inlet and outlet flow is measured by electromagnetic flowmeters in sewage pump stations, but the large bore EM flowmeters are very expensive. In accordance with the technique requirements and the principle of flow calculation, a practical soft-sensing method is proposed in the paper. Through many times of practical experiments, the feasibility of this method has been proven.
