摘要
探讨高校实验室科研仪器设备采购计划应该遵循管理原则、采购计划的方法步骤和大型仪器设备的采购原则。
The management principle, which the scientific research instrument and equipment purchase plan shouid be followed, were explored, in following 《 Government Purchasement Law》, improving the service idea based on the development, strengthening standardization management.
