摘要
实验室科学管理是建设发展实验室的根本，该文总结了运动生物化学省级教学重点实验室的建设和管理中的一些经验和做法，提出省级教学重点实验室科学管理的基本思路。
The scientific management is fundamentality of lab＇ construction and development. The paper below, combines with the experience and measures in course of constructing and managing the provincial key physical biochemistry teaching lab, raises the fundamental thoughts on the lab＇ construction and development of the provincial key teaching labs. All of these are expected to offer some references and help other institutes.
