摘要
本文从核安全的视角，阐述了核电厂1E级电气设备环境鉴定的核心要素和实施策略，并对现行电气设备环境鉴定标准所确立的思想和原则作了说明和延伸，以完善其可操作性。
This paper describes key points as well as procedures and approaches to environment qualification for class 1E electrical components in nuclear power plants. Principles,presented in standards, such as IEEE323, R.G. 1.89, and IEC7$0, are also mentioned and broadened.
