摘要
介绍了相对介电常数低于15的四种低介微波介质陶瓷材料系列(R2BaCuO5(R=Y,Sm,和Yb等)系、Al2O3系、AWO4(A=Ca,Sr和Ba)系和Zn2SiO4系等)的结构和微波介电性能,并指出其目前普遍存在的问题和发展趋势。
The crystal structure and dielectric properties of four types of microwave dielectric ceramics series (R2BaCuO5 (R=Y, Sin, and Yb etc.), Al2O3, AWO4 (A=Ca, Sr and Ba) and Zn2SiO4 etc.) with the dielectric constant lower than 15 were described, What's more, the ubiquitous problems and development trends of microwave dielectric ceramics with low dielectric constant were also indicated.
