Survey on MEMS technology and its application in biology domain

摘要 介绍了MEMS的基本概念、MEMS系统的典型结构和特点,分析了MEMS相关学科、技术基础,对MEMS与微电子之间的关系进行了论述,并对生物领域MEMS和生物芯片相关概念和典型应用进行了较全面分析。 The basic concept of MEMS, typical structure and characteristics of MEMS system are introduced. The relative disciples fundamental technology of MEMS are analyzed. The relationship between MEMS and micro-electronics is elaborated closely, and the basic concepts and typical applications of BioMEMS and biochip are discussed comprehensively.
