摘要
中外合作办学在最近几年得到了迅猛发展,已经成为继公办教育和民办教育之后的第三支办学力量,在构建我国的全方位的教育对外开放、促进我国的教育改革与发展中发挥了独特的作用。但在发展和管理过程中也存在许多问题和困难,我们要认识到这些问题的危害,找出根源,抓住机遇,迎接挑战;坚持以我为主,力争为我所用;落实教育主权,严格依法管理;积极引进优质教育资源,推进中外合作办学健康有序发展。
The Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools has developed rapidly in recent years and it has become the third force of Chinese education besides public and private schools. It has played a special role in restructuring the overall, educational system of opening - up to the outside world and promoting the reform and development of the Chinese education. But a lot of problems and difficulties exist in the management and development. We should recognize the harmfulness and try to find the root in the management. Opportunity should be grasped to face the challenge. We will ean＇y out the policy of styling ourselves as the core of leadership and make good use of the foreign educational resources. The Chinese educational sovereignty should be conscientiously implemented. We should also manage the Sino - Foreign cooperation in running schools strictly by law and actively introduce the good-quality foreign educational resources so as to promote the development and expansion.
