摘要
为提高检测蓄电池性能的水平,研制了蓄电池测试仪;该测试仪利用自己研制的碳砖阵列电阻作为被测蓄电池的负载,碳砖阵列电阻的阻值由计算机控制,蓄电池输出的电流和电量由计算机检测,最后由计算机来判定被测蓄电池是否合格;经一年多实际测试和调试,证明该测试仪误差小,稳定性高,完全达到了设计要求。
For promoting the level of measuring the function of the storage battery , we develped the Storage battery tester. The tester adopts carbon brickarray'-resistance develped by ourselves as the load of the storage battery. Computer is used to control the resistivity of carbon brick array-resistance and test the current output of tbe storage batteyand qualifythe battey. It is proved, though one years testing and adjusting, the tester has little tolerance and high stability. It has completely reached the requirement of investment.
