摘要
目的:探讨口腔修复治疗中活髓牙预备前运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪行局部麻醉的方法和效果。方法:随机选择需行活髓牙预备的患者87例,分为2组,分别运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪和传统手动注射2 种方式。以VAS标尺法由患者对疼痛程度进行打分,口腔医师评价麻醉效果,统计麻醉完全、良好、有效和失败的比例,观察患者在麻药使用前后的心率、血压的变化。结果:2组患者的VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01), 麻醉完全、良好、有效和失败的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2种麻醉方式对心率、血压均无明显影响。结论:口腔修复治疗中活髓牙预备时运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪进行局部麻醉具有减轻疼痛、麻醉完全的效果。
Objective： To evaluate the anesthetic effect and influence using the Wand oral cavity local anesthesia in teeth preparation of vital teeth. Methods： Eight-seven patients with vital teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Pain intensity were scaled by VAS. Pulse and blood pressure were observed before and 5 minutes after drugs administration. Results： The anesthetic effect of the Wand was significant better than traditional method （P 〈0.01）. No significant changes of pulse and blood pressure were found during the whole process. Conclusions： The Wand oral cavity local anesthesia is an efficient and safe dental anesthesia method.
