摘要
采用RAPD分子标记技术对贵州省22份玉米地方种质资源材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,从90个引物中共筛选出18个能够稳定扩增的多态性引物,共产生123条多态性带,平均每个引物6.83条,聚类分析表明,以相似系数0.670为标准,22份贵州省玉米地方种质可以划分为四大类群。其中以赫498-1为代表的第四大类群中的自交系,与其它3个类群中的自交系间遗传基础较远,可能会形成具有较大潜力的杂种优势模式。用RAPD分子标记揭示的贵州省玉米地方种质具有较为广泛的遗传基础。
The analysis of genetic diversity on 22 local maize inbred lines had been made by methods of RAPD markers, 18 random primers generated a total of 123 polymorphic bands, with an average of 6.83 per primer. Clustering analysis with a similarity coefficient of 0.670 as the standard divided 22 local inbred lines into 4 groups. There is a far genetic distance between the 4th group and other three groups. This separated group and the other three groups might form heterotic patterns with more potential. It was detected by RAPD markers that there is a abroad genetic basis and much difference among the local maize germplasm in Guizhou.
