摘要
本文介绍了国外在供暖用热计量收费分摊上采用的三种技术手段，分析了它们在实际应用中的问题，对国内有关工作的进行方向提出了建议。
This paper explains three main means of metering the heat consumed inmulti-family residential buildings and apportioning the heating charge amonge the households adopted in some countries. And on an analysis of the features of each means, the author gives suggestions about the work to be started in this field in China.
