摘要
氯压胍(GBZ)5μmol/L(终浓度)能显著加快心肌细胞搏动频率,哌唑嗪或心得安不能阻断GBZ加快心搏频率的作用,育享宾能完全阻断GBZ加快心率的作用.结果提示:GBZ加快心率的作用可能与激动心肌细胞肾上腺素α_2受体有关.
Guanabenz ( GBZ ) 5 μmol/L increased heart rate in cultured rat myocardial cells. The effect of tachycardia of GBZ could be antagonized by pretreament with yohimbine 10 μmol/L, but not by prazosin 20 μmol/L and propranolol 10μmol/L. These findings suggest that the effect of tachycardia of GBZ was mediated by alpha adrenoceptors of the myocardial cells ( possibly alpha2-adrnoceptors ) .
