摘要
报告１９９０年９月～１９９３年１２月电化学治疗各类恶性肿瘤３０例，取得较好疗效。其中Ⅰ级１１例，占３６．７％；Ⅱ级１２例，占４０．０％；Ⅲ级６例，占２０．０％；Ⅳ级工例，占３．３％；总有效率（Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级）７６．７％。我们认为电化学疗法，可治疗体表和内脏肿瘤，尤以体表肿瘤为佳。本法简便易行，安全有效，是治疗恶性肿瘤，特别是中晚期不能手术及放化疗无效病例的一种新的有效治疗手段。
Thirty cases of various kinds of malignant tumors were treated with electrochemical therapy(ECT).The overall effective rate was76.7%(23/30),including 36.7% of gradeⅠresnonse,40.0% grade Ⅱ,20% grade Ⅲand 3. 3% grade Ⅳ. It is considered that ECT can be used for superficial and visceral tumors as well,superficial malignant tumors in particular. It is advisable for patients with advanced disease which is not amenable to surgical intervention or chemotherapy of radiotherapy. ECT is an useful method of treatment for it's readiness and safety in operation.
