摘要
循环流化床锅炉排放的粉煤灰由于在炉内停留时间短,燃烧不完全,故含碳量高、活性较低,属于低活性粉煤灰,目前还没有得到有效地利用.本文介绍了采用适当的激发剂,对流化床粉煤灰活性进行激发,用此生产建筑砂浆粉的试验研究.结果表明:本研究采用的激发方法能够有效激发流化床粉煤灰活性,大大提高了胶砂强度,从而利用流化床粉煤灰和少量水泥(或石灰)可配制M5~M15建筑砂浆粉.
Because the fly ash of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) stayes at CFB for short time,it is burned uncompletely. The fly ash of CFB has the characters of higher carbon content and lower activity and it isn′t be utilized effectually at the present time. This paper studies proper activators for activation of CFB fly ash and the methods of producing building mortar powder by CFB fly ash. The results show that,as the experimental methods are effectual for activation of activity of CFB fly ash, the strength of pastes is increased greatly. The building mortar powder of M5~M15 can be produced by CFB fly ash and a little cement( or lime).
