摘要
人力资源是企业的第一资源,是企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证。本文以国有森工企业经营对象特殊性为切入点,分析了目前国有林区森工企业人力资源及人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,并提出了人力资源开发与管理的几点思考。
<Abstrcat>The human resources are the first resource of enterprises,and the important insurance establishing in an unassailable position in the market competition of the enterprise.This text regards managing target's particularity in state-owned forestry industry corporation as the breakthrough point,has analysed the current situations of the human resources of state-owned forestry industry corporation and human resources management and existing problem in the state-owned forest zone at present,have proposed some thinking of human resources development and management.
