摘要
采用线性软测量模型回归分析法建立了打浆度数学模型,采用Householder变换法进行模型参数辨识,并阐述了模型参数的在线校正方法。给出了相应的软测量仪表的硬件和打浆度控制方法。
Considering the expensive cost of the on-line instrument for measurement and control of beating degree, the on-line measurement is implemented by using soft measuring technique. The beating process is briefly introduced firstly. The mathematical model of beating degree is established by using the method of linear regression analysis. The parameters of the model are identified. The on-line correction method for soft measurement model is then illustrated. Finally, hardware implementation for soft sensor and control of beating degree are depicted.
