微波促进3-甲酰基色酮与活性亚甲基的缩合反应

Knoevenagel Condensation of 3-Formylchromone with Active Methylene Compound under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 微波辐射下,3-甲酰基色酮与活性亚甲基化合物缩合反应,合成了3个新的3-甲酰基色酮衍生物,收率80%~92%,其结构经1H NMR和 IR表征. Three novel 3-formylchromone derivatives in yields of 80%~92% were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation of 3-formylchromone with 3-methyl-1-phenyl-pyrazol-5-ones, isopropylidiene malonate and 2,4-thiazolidinedione under microwave irradiation. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and IR spectra.
