摘要
198 7年至今 ,国内的群体性事件研究 ,既有各类社会科学规划课题的成果 ,又有已出版的部分学术著作和发表的数百篇论文 ,还有大量的内部调查报告和部分政策法规性研究成果。这些成果 ,从不同角度探讨了群体性事件的性质、成因和化解对策 ,但也存在不少缺憾。今后的群体性事件研究 ,尚需进一步准确揭示群体性事件的内涵与外延 ,客观全面地描述我国群体性事件的规模、结构、演变过程和规律 ,深入探讨社会转型与群体性事件之间的内在关系 ,从不同角度探讨化解转型时期群体性事件的基本条件、内在规律。
Since 1987, the previous study of mass events in China in the form of academic books and theses analyzed the characteristics, causes and countermeasures from different perspectives, but has inevitably seen a lot of defects. The further study should include four tasks: 1) to exactly define the connotation and extension of mass events; 2) to objectively describe mass events in China in terms of scale, structure, development and rules; 3) to make further study on the inner relationship between the social transformation and mass events; 4) to probe into the basic conditions, the inner rules, the practical principles and long-term working mechanism of controlling mass events during the social transformative period.
