摘要
基于对南水北调中线工程水源区人口、资源、环境协调发展的内涵、特征及该系统必要性的分析,提出建立中线工程水源区人口、资源、环境协调发展系统的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the coordinated development system of population, resources and environment in the water source area of Middle Line Project of Transferring Water from the South to the North and the necessity to establish the system, the measures to establish the coordinated development system in the water source area are discussed.
