摘要
文章从需求领域和需求层次等方面分析了物流人才的需求状况,并从培养目标、师资队伍、实践环节三个方面提出了现代物流人才教育与培养的思路。
This paper analyses the current situation of the demand for the professionals of logistics from the aspects of areas and levels of the demand, and expounds the ideas on the training and education of such professionals from the angles of the training goals, teacher faculty and practice link.
