摘要
互联网和大规模制度变迁是当今世界的两大突出现象。这两大现象之间存在着很密切的联系。互联网相对于人类社会制度系统来讲是一种外在变量 ,对制度变迁具有深刻而广泛的影响 ,不仅影响正式制度 。
Internet and large-scale change of the system are two most striking phenomena in the present-day world. These two phenomena are closely related. Internet is an external variable to the system of constitutions of human society, exerting deep and wide influence on the latter, formal and informal.
