摘要
高校校风是师生员工共同具有的思想行为作风,它具有导向性、凝聚性、塑造性、特色性的特征。新时期高校校风包括正确而鲜明的政治空气,务实而创新的领导作风,严谨而有序的治学态度,自由而诚实的学术空气,勤奋而踏实的学习态度,良好而和谐的人际氛围。构建优良校风,要抓好领导示范作用,教师师德建设,规范管理制度,激发学习动力,优化文化环境等环节。
School spirit is the common style of the staff's actions and minds, and it is characterized by its orientation, coherence, fashion and specialty. The spirit in the new era need to contain a correct and unique political air, a pragmatic and innovative leadership, a conscientious and orderly scholarly research attitude, a free and honest learning environment, a diligent and dependable study atmosphere, and a benign and harmonious interpersonal relationship. The following aspects need to be emphasized, namely, leader's demonstrative force, teachers' moral construction, the standard of the management system, the motivation of study, the construction of cultural environment, etc.
