摘要
传统的法理性化基本上停留在社会范围内 ,将自然界只当作人类的财产 ,只在当代人中进行分配。可持续发展要求将人类与自然界关系纳入法理性化的范围 ,实现全部当代人和代际之间的资源共享 。
The traditional law-rationalization that exists in the society takes natural world as human property and being distributed among the contemporaries. The sustainable development requires law-rationalization that contains the relationship between human beings and natural world. It performs the resources-sharing among all contemporaries and among different generations. It will necessarily put law-rationalization into new realms.
