摘要
在钨粉中掺入硅和钠元素,在W-Ni-Fe合金混合料中添加纯硅粉,通过实验得出硅和钠对高比重钨合金的力学性能会产生不利的影响。硅和钠形成了氯化物夹杂,在夹杂物周围存在孔隙。文中分析了夹杂物周围孔隙形成的机制,还根据夹杂物的成分,分析了Al、Mg、Ca、Mn、Ti等金属元素对合金的影响。
When Si and Na elements are mixed into W ponder, and when pure Si ponder is added into W-Ni-Fe alloy, disadvantageous influences on mechanical properties of high density W-alloys take place which are confirmed by experiments. Chlorides of Si and Na as occluded foreign substances are formed, and on the surroundings of these substances exist crevices. The mechanisms of the formation of such crevices are analyzed, and the influences of metallic elements, such as Al, Mg, Ca, Mn and Ti on the alloy are also analyzed according to the compositions of the occluded foreign substances.
