摘要
以含叔胺的三元溶剂为萃取剂,采用高效脉冲筛板柱,对低浓度醋酸(1%~2%)进行萃取分离研究,获得了工业设计数据。萃取液加热蒸馏可得浓度为60%一70%的醋酸,进一步精馏可达到冰醋酸国家标准。溶剂热稳定性良好,可反复使用。
Low concentration of acetic acid (1%-2%) is extracted in a high efficiencypulsed perforated-plate column by three components solvent mixture which containstertiary ammes. Industy design data are obtained from this research. The concentration of60% -70% acetic acid is got from distillation of the extract, then with further rectificationacetic acid can meet to the state standard. The solvent's heat stabilization is nice and can beused repeatedly.
