摘要
通过对 2 6 4名体育教师的研究 ,探讨体育教师教学效能感、归因、成就动机与其教学监控能力的关系。结果表明 :体育教师教学监控能力与其教学效能感各个维度存在着显著相关 ,与成就动机中趋向成功这一维度存在着显著相关 ,与趋向失败这一维度不相关。教学效能感、归因、成就动机对体育教师监控能力产生不同程度影响。依次为教学效能感最大 ,其次归因 ,再次成就动机。
The author discusses the relation among P.E teachers' teaching efficiency, attribution, achievement motivation and teaching monitor ability. The result shows that all these influence P.E teachers' monitor ability,to this extent or that.
