摘要
在建设有中国特色社会主义,发展社会主义市场经济过程中,要实施以德治国方略,加强社会主义思想道德建设,不断提高国民的思想道德素质,为改革开放和现代化建设创造良好的社会环境。
In the process of building and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, people must pay attention to the following three aspects; implementing the strategy of building rules of virtue in national construction; strengthening socialist moral construction. Only in this way can we improve national ideology and mentality and create a nice environment for our policy of reform and opening to the outside and the construction of our modernization.
