摘要
防范误操作是安全管理的一个重要课题。针对某石化厂因操作员误操作,引发的一起火灾爆炸事故,对事故原因和误操作原因进行了分析,提出了要严格执行“取证上岗”制度、努力实现系统本质安全等防范误操作的措施。
Prevent from mistake operation is important to security. This paper introduce the accident of fire explosion caused by a operator's mistake operation in a petrochemical plant. After analyzed the causation of the accident. we put forward the system of “work with a certificate” and other measures to keep the system safe.
