摘要
林业产业的发展必须依靠科技进步。在发展林业科技方面,广西在科研体制建立、科技成果获取以及运用科技促进林业产业发展等方面取得了较大的成绩。但同时又存在着科技队伍整体素质不高,科技研究与生产结合不紧密,科技成果逐年下降,林业科技推广机构不稳定以及林业科技体制改革进展缓慢等不足。要进一步促进广西林业产业科技的进步,必须依靠政府的扶持,健全林业科研体制,同时通过建立林业科技工业园。
The development of forest industry lies in the progress of technology. Guangxi has seen fairly great progress in forest technology, such as the setting up of research institutions, the achievements made in scientific research, and the application of these achievements in forest industry. However, there remain a lot of problems to be solved: the quality of the technical workers remain low; the scientific research is not well oriented to practical production; the scientific achievements have been going down hill yearly; the organizations for spreading forestry technology are not stable; the reform in the forestry institutions has been going on too slow, etc.. Measures have to be taken in order to speed up the pace of forest technology in Guangxi; to win support of the government, to perfect the research institutions, and to make great efforts to develop forest technology peculiar to the areas.
