摘要
目的:了解粉螨对植物性中药材的危害程度。方法:采用清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器分离法分离储藏植物性中药材样本中的孳生粉螨。结果:共检测植物性中药材146种,1460份,分离出粉螨48种,隶属7科25种。结论 储藏植物性中药材粉螨的污染严重,应控制螨类在植物性中药材的孳生,保护中药材及预防人体螨病。
Aim To survey the breeding of acarcoid mites in stored Chinese traditional medicinal herbs and to provide the ground of prevention and control of the breeding of ac-aroid mites for stored Chinese traditional medicinal herbs. Methods the acarcoid mites in stored Chinese traditional medicinal herbs were isolated by the methods of water floatation and Fullgren. Results The 1460 portions in 146 samples of stored Chinese traditional medicinal herbs were collected from Huainan City,48 species of acaroid mites belonging to 25 genera and 7 families were didntified from different herbs. Conclusion The stored Chinese medicinal herbs are severely pollutedc by acarcoid mites and much importance should be attached to the protection of the herbs and to the prevention of the human being from acariasis.
