噪声中言语觉察测试在助听器选配的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为了解聋人在噪声中的言语辨别能力及使用助听器的实际受益情况,本文采用自行设计的汉语SPIN测试方法,测试了60例正常人和46例聋人。结果表明,正常人得分差异小,聋人在相同信噪比下的言语辨别率比正常人差,且随耳聋程度的增加而辨别率下降,个体差异明显增大。经分析聋人在使用助听器后的效果,表明SPIN测试更接近日常听觉环境,在助听器选配中具有实际应用价值。 We designed the SPIN test to select the hearing aids for the patients with severe tinnitus and steep pure tone audiogram. The sound field audiometry was opplied to test 60 normally hearing people and 46 deaf people. The patients'discrimination under the noisy condition is very lower than the normally hearing listeners' although the patients' scores of everyday sentences under MCL level without noise are high (approximate 100%). The individual differences of the patients are very large (sometimes SD is greater than mean). So we must examine the subjects one by one and can't estimate the score by the average value.
