摘要
论述了目前的竞运动训练体系价值目标与奥林匹克运动所追求的价值目标的背离 ,以及由此造成的运动员的异化 ,指出目前的竞技运动训练体系缺乏足够的人文关怀。本文从人文精神的角度初探竞技运动训练的应然模式。
The research mainly study on the athletic training, It is in the system of athletic training that exists the scarce of showing loving care for the athletes. The golden medals have become the single criterion onthe ujdge whether the athlete win the success or not. The athletes strain only for the gold medals. Even some lf them have become the tools for gold medals.The values have been far away the Olympic ideas, Therefore, this article talks about the necessary model of the athletic training in the aspect of the humanistic spirt.
